• Perform Editorial and Technical Government review of Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Technical (COTS) Manuals for acceptance or provide comments to ensure these manuals meet their intended use. Subtasks under this effort include a variety of manuals for various ship classes including LCS, CVN, DDG and LHD.
• Verifying Contractor incoporation or resolution of Government provided comments in previously submitted HM&E manuals.
• Provide Quality Assurance review of various HM&E manuals and verifying accurate conversion of the PDF files to Standard Generalized Markup Langue (SGML) format.
• Converting SGML manuals to PDF format and verifying correctness of the conversion.
• Make any and all corrections to SGML files.
