Location: Moorestown, NJ or Philadelphia Navy YardDescription: This is a job opening for a .NET/C#/Java software engineer who will be responsible for conducting requirements analysis, designing solution components and executing the development of web application solutions; performing feasibility studies of data transfer automation, system inter-operability, data system bridging, and work-flow optimization; programming using ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and Java; MS SQL/Oracle database design and modification, testing, debugging and installation; creating scripts for process automation (database connectivity, data transfers, data formatting, data validation); creating design specifications to address user goals; formulating plan-outlining steps required to develop applications following established standards; cost estimating and proposal writing efforts; developing business requirements by working with analysts and end users; experience with UML and Object Oriented (OO) methodologies. Experience with MS SharePoint and Reporting services, T-SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle in both Windows and Linux environments will be a plus. Experienced .NET, C#, Java software engineer; familiar with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including User Interaction, Design, Development, Implementation, Integration, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, Builds, Configuration and Code Management, Integration & Testing Support, Maintenance Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or InformationTechnology Minimum of 5 years experience Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance Programmer/Database Administrator

Location: Quantico, VADescription The Analyst will serve as Program Team Member of the Naval Logistics Integration (NLI) effort and develops strategies for ICE support to Navy expeditionary forces. Provide both acquisition and portfolio management to an entire suite of Navy and Marine Individual Combat related personal protective projects/support programs spanning the entire DOD acquisition spectrum. Bachelors Degree required, Masters preferred. Candidate must be 04 or E9 Navy Supply Corps DAWIA Level III trained, US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance. |
